Privacy for anyone who asks us to reserve a room
This policy covers memoriestourandtravelllc.com and the requests sent through it. It was last updated on November 2, 2026. Questions go to datarequests@memoriestourandtravelllc.com.
What we collect
Only what you type into the form or tell us by phone or email: your name, email address, phone number if you give one, the stay and dates you are interested in, how many people are coming, whether you need a room without stairs, and any note you add.
FormSubmit and the host's logs
The form is delivered by FormSubmit, an email forwarding service, which passes your entry to the office's mailbox. FormSubmit processes the entry under its own privacy terms. The host that serves this website keeps ordinary access logs, such as IP address and time of request, for security.
Cookies and tracking
This website sets no cookies, runs no analytics and loads no advertising or social media scripts. It stores nothing in your browser.
What we do with it
We use your details to answer your request, write your quote and, once you approve it, pass the necessary details to the one lodging that will hold your room. We send no newsletters. Your information is never sold or passed on for anyone else's marketing.
A fifteen month clock on every record
Requests that never became a stay are deleted 15 months after our last message to you. Records of a reserved stay are kept for 15 months after checkout, then deleted, unless a dispute or the law requires us to keep them longer.
Write in and we will show, fix or wipe it
You can ask to see, correct or delete what we hold about you by writing to datarequests@memoriestourandtravelllc.com. We answer within 30 days. Deleting your details does not cancel a reservation already held with a lodging; we will tell you how to do that if you wish.
Children
The service is meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13, and we delete it if we learn we have.
If a third party search box arrives
If the office later adds a trip search tool run by a third-party company, that company would receive whatever you enter into its tool under its own policy. This page will name the company and describe what it receives before the tool goes live.
